Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake tandem paragliding. Individuals with serious heart conditions, recent surgeries, epilepsy, severe back or neck problems, pregnancy, or any medical condition that may affect their ability to fly safely should consult a qualified medical professional before making a booking.
It is the participant's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions before the flight. Failure to provide accurate information may increase the risk of injury and may result in refusal of service for safety reasons.
Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling or changes caused by weather conditions, government regulations, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Every participant agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot before, during and after the flight. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in cancellation of the activity without refund where permitted under our policies.
